Salmon Bake Rendezvous -Reserve a slip on or before 17 May-Contact Rick Vicik at vicik2@hotmail.com

We want to resume our Father's Day Weekend Rendezvous but aren’t quite ready to add the traditional wood-fired salmon bake. Instead, we will cook salmon on the gas grills in the Brownsville Marina Pavilion area.

Preliminary Schedule:

• Friday 4pm - Happy Hour on dock: everyone brings hors d’oeuvres & beverages
• Saturday Morning - Hosted breakfast: eggs, pancakes, sausages, orange juice & coffee
• Saturday Evening – We grill the salmon: everyone please brings a side dish to share.  Suggestions include desserts, salads, grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, etc. The grill will be available if you'd like to use it to prepare your side. Please bring your own beverages and  utensils (plates, cups, silverware). 
• Sunday Morning – Head Home

The possibilities for other activities are wide open. It all depends on volunteers to help organize them. We have access to the upper picnic area and fire pit on Saturday; Vessel Safety Checks; the Marina Deli and Sweeny’s Country Meat Market are within walking distance. Don’t have a boat? There’s a Best Western in Silverdale.

The cost is $35 per person for the salmon and breakfast. Marina moorage fees are extra and reservations for slips must be made on or before Tuesday, 17 May. 12 slips are reserved that can handle up to 50’ each. If more or larger boats are planning to attend, we need to reserve more space before someone else does.
