Fees and Payments

This page is the money page. It contains information on the cost per boat in the cruise and the cost per person.

General Process for Payments - January 2010

  1. Printed invoices were e-mailed to all registrants during the first week of October 2009.
  2. Payments must be received by 01 January 2010 in order to confirm space on the cruise.
  3. Boats not making their payments by the deadline are being notified that their registration is in danger of being cancelled and will be replaced by boats on the waiting list. (details about the waiting list are on the Registration page.)
  4. As non-paying boats are being removed from the fleet, waitlist boats are notified in sequence and have 30 days to make full payment.
  5. Payment information is below.

Per Boat Fee  -- $260.00

The boat-based fee covers moorage at all of the marinas and electricity and associated local marina costs. Moorage for the fleet will be prepaid by the Fleet Captain and covers the cost of moorage, electricity, and taxes. The bulk rate was negotiated based upon the total footage of the fleet.

All boats pay the same per boat fee, regardless of length, beam, use of electricity, power or sail.

Per Person Fee -- $175.00

Each participant in the cruise will be assessed a per person fee to cover the following items:

  • Logoed cruise tee shirt
  • Monday reception and dinner
  • Wednesday evening banquet
  • Friday awards dinner
  • Incidental costs incurred by the Cruise Committee.
  • Transportation to and from Anacortes is NOT included in the per person fee.

Bus Transportation from Bellevue to Anacortes -- $20

Chartered luxury coaches will carry passengers from the conference hotel to Anacortes. The optional per person transport fee includes the cost of the bus, taxes, fuel surcharge, and a tip to the driver.
