The Bellevue Sail and Power Squadron provides many social opportunities for its members through on and off water activities. These include cruises, rendezvous, predicted log races, dinner meetings with marine programs, parties, and dinner dances.

traveling thru 5 November: Kayleigh Perkins Twenty year old Kayleigh Perkins was the only women in the nation racing hydroplanes. She was the driver of the UL72, a 25-foot rocket that looks like a floating F-15 and hits 150 miles per hour. She also was the driver of Miss Boat Electric in the 2007 Seafair Races. 7 January: Cruising the Secret Coast Jennifer and James Hamilton have for years been researching little-known anchorages throughout the Pacific Northwest. Both afloat and afoot, they enjoy exploring new territory and sharing their discoveries with the boating community. In this presentation they describe favorite destinations from their Waggoner sister publication, Cruising the Secret Coast, and some techniques and systems for improved boating safety, comfort, and enjoyment. The Hamiltons are regular contributions to Pacific Yachting magazine and their work has also appeared in PassageMaker and Nor’Westing. They maintain the BSPS web site, and a cruising web site and blog at mvdirona.com. 4 February: TBD (Founders Night) 4 March TBD.
