Kids Safety Class

THIS IS A ONE SESSION DRY LAND CLASS THAT TEACHES KIDS 8-11 HOW TO RECOGNIZE DANGER, KNOW WHAT TO DO AND ACT IN TIME.  NO BOOKS TO BUY.  JUST COME AND HAVE FUN!

Do your kids know how to test their life jackets to see if they are REALLY on as tight as they are supposed to be?

Do your kids know the four basic behaviors they need to use if the boat they are riding in is involved in an accident?

Do your kids know how to help someone who has fallen overboard without risking being pulled in themselves?

What does KYFD mean?  What is a torso response and why is it so deadly in our local waters?

If your kids fall in a river do they know how to steer themselves back to shore?

Over 15,000 kids in Washington State know these things.  Let us teach yours!

If you need more information please contact our Educational Officer.

For an upcoming class near you, see the Class Schedule.
